SHIPPING POLICY
Our goal is to provide the fastest shipping services possible, for your orders. However, shipping times may vary, based on the carrier that is selected to ship your orders. Some orders are generally shipped within 3-7 business days after your order is received. Some orders may be shipped the following business day, if the order is received before 3:30 pm EST.
In order for us to offer the most affordable prices for all our products, we ask for your patience and expect that some orders may take between 10- 30 business days for you to receive them, other items may take a bit longer. For orders that has multiple items, some of the items may be shipped to you in separate packages.
Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) .
Our packages are shipped from different fulfillment centers and will include the shipping address, however, should you wish to return an item, please reach out to us FIRST at contact@impressivepieces.com before returning the item, and our customer care team will be happy to assist you with your return.
Once an order has been placed, we will not be able to edit the order, including any shipping addresses or method of shipping. Buyer must review order prior to confirming the purchase.
Please note, we do not offer overnight shipping. We are not responsible for packages stolen from doorsteps. "Order signature services" from the purchaser, upon receipt, can be requested at checkout. Signature services are recommended to ensure your packages are not left at your door and possible be stolen.
We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time. Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed and Impressive Pieces does not take responsibility for late delivery times and we will not issue a shipping refund.
Please contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery time issues. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS) or the designated carrier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information stated that the package has been delivered to your order address.
Note: For all international physical product orders that which are not shipped with a traceable option, we cannot guarantee you will receive your package, if you did not chose the traceable shipping option. We will not refund any orders which are lost or delayed by the postal service. Please contact the postal service for delayed or lost packages.
If an order is unable to be delivered, as determined by the shipping company, and the item was returned back to our warehouse, we will automatically issue a refund or store credit ( your choosing) for the order total, excluding the shipping charges.
EXCHANGE RATES & FEES
All items in our store are prices in US dollars. If you pay for an order using a credit card in a different currency, then the credit card company will exchange the currency and may charge you a small fee. Contact your credit provider for details.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Customs duty is a tax that is determined by the customs authority of your country based on product type, known as commodity, value, weight and dimensions.
Customs duty is established by your customs authority. Duty, tariffs, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you are required to pay duties or taxes by your customs authority you must pay this to the shipping carrier prior to receiving the package. Once the taxes are paid you will be allowed to pick up the package or the shipping courier will drop it off at your doorstep. Please contact the carrier to inquire about their policy.
