Return, Refund And Exchange Policy
RETURN POLICY
We are happy to accept returns for merchandise purchased within the United States, on impressivepieces.com within 30 calendar days of receiving the product, for a full refund. Please see our refund policy below. Jewelry sales are final; no returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted on these items.
Product condition requirements for returns.
Return of our products are subjected to quality approval and inspection by our warehouse personnel. If the products' condition does not meet the requirements below, the return will not be accepted. Please take extra care to inspect all items to ensure they meet all these requirements:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Unstained
- Unwashed
- No people or pet hair
- No marks or permanent wrinkles on the items
- No dirty or oily stains or finger prints
- No broken hooks or zippers
- All original tags attached
- All original marketing materials included
- No smells other than natural product odors
- Original packaging should be intact, NOT damaged or stained
- Within 30 days of receiving the item
- Cannot be an item that was marked down for sale
- A copy of your order number/receipt to verify proof of purchase
PLEASE NOTE that we inspect each and every return and if your product is not in mint condition, we will take photos of the product received and send them to you for proof. If you do not follow the return policy and you send us back a product that is not in mint condition, we will dispose of the product and you will not receive a refund, exchange or store credit for products returned.
REFUND
Refund Due to Damages. Products are eligible for exchange and/or refund, in cases where there are obvious signs of damages, due to manufacturer defects. Shipping costs are covered by Impressive Pieces.The customer is FIRST required to send us 3-5 clear images of the item, as soon as the defects are noted. If the item appeared to be tampered with, the refund will be denied.
Please send the images to: contact@impressivepieces.com , from the email address that you use during your purchase. The item must be returned within 30 days from the date you received it. Please see product condition requirements for returns.
Refund for all other items are accepted, within 30 calendar days from the date you received it, as long as the item is returned in mint condition. Please see product condition requirements for returns.
EXCHANGE
Exchanges Due To Sizing: Impressive Pieces will cover the shipping cost within the United States, for exchanges, due to unfavorable sizing, for the first footwear item you purchase from our store. Please see product condition requirements for returns. The cost of exchanging all other items, are the customers' responsibility.
All items must be returned within 30 calendar days, to be exchanged. Please use our sizing charts and measure your feet properly, before placing your order, to prevent any sizing issues.
Please note: sizes of products that are not made in in the United States, generally runs smaller than those that are made in the U.S., so please keep this in mind when placing your orders.

Impressive Pieces recommends using a traceable carrier, insured for the full value of the return merchandise. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for return packages lost en route. Keep the return Tracking Number for your package to monitor the delivery status. Please allow us up to 7 business days to process your return, once the product has reached our facility.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
